Delivering Wine in Copenhagen by Bike

Christopher Melin, founder of Melin Vin, a specialty wine importer and retailer in Copenhagen, Denmark, recently sent us the following video showing how they use their Bikes At Work 64AWD trailer and a Bullitt cargo bike to deliver wine to their customers:

We deliver around 600 bottles each week, so about 500 kilos with glass and packaging. Each load is up to around 200 bottles on the trailer and 60 in front (so about 320kg without bike and driver). The customer the most far away is about 12km from our storage. My guess is that we drive about 40-50 km each week with wine.
The wine is mostly natural (no additives), and from small producers, mainly french. The customer base is mostly high-end restaurants in CPH. What I love most about being on the bike is to “overhale” (do you say overtake in english?) the cars :))
